Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 4–5 business days once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Shipping delays
Viral Vault is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local postal service first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate.
Wrong address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Viral Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
